Refund & Returns Policy

Profix Hot Tub Services

At Profix Hot Tub Services, we aim to provide high-quality repairs, maintenance, and customer service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Service Refunds

We offer refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:
   •    Failed Diagnosis or Incomplete Repair: If we are unable to diagnose or fix an issue during a paid visit and no work is carried out, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
   •    Workmanship Issues: If a problem arises directly as a result of our service within 30 days, we will return to correct the issue free of charge. If we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be issued for the affected portion of the job.
   •    Cancellations:
   •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
   •    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a call-out fee being retained or deducted from any refund issued.

2. No Refunds For:
   •    Services that have been completed as described, with no fault found.
   •    Issues caused by pre-existing damage, incorrect installation, or misuse.
   •    Diagnostic fees where a diagnosis has been provided, regardless of the decision to proceed with repair.
   •    Problems caused by parts or equipment supplied by the customer.

3. Parts and Equipment
   •    If we supply parts, they may be eligible for return or refund only if unused and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply (subject to supplier terms).
   •    Custom-ordered or non-stock parts are non-refundable unless faulty.
   •    Faulty parts under manufacturer warranty will be replaced or refunded according to the manufacturer’s policy.

4. Refund Process
   •    All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of service.
   •    If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
   •    We may require photos or follow-up inspection to assess refund claims.
